PANGEA has been awarded a new contract to provide Project Management + Scheduling, Construction Management & Coordination services for a private project owner. This €20 million project involves the creation of a hotel in a typical Haussmann-style block. A high proportion of the contract value is devoted to major refurbishment works. For reasons of confidentiality, we are unable to disclose details of this prestigious project, on which work began at the end of 2020.
