In September 2020, Pangéa began work on a contract to provide Project Management + Scheduling, Construction Management & Coordination services to AnaHome Immobilier. This €3m project designed by And Studio architects involves the construction of two 12-apartment buildings at Bois d'Arcy in the department of Yvelines.

The project forms part of the new La Croix-Bonnet urban development zone now under construction, and targets CERQUAL HQE Habitat accreditation. The project will take 14 months to complete, with handover scheduled for Quarter 2 of 2022.
