The project involves the construction of a complex that includes the existing Tour Pleyel tower, which will be reconfigured as a hotel (IGH O), a new U-shaped office building (BUR U) encircling the existing tower, a multipurpose space (MULT) extending from the BUR U and a new office tower (IGH W). The scheme also includes a transverse underground car park (PARK) occupying the full footprint of the complex.
